My business philosophy is simple.  Success is not always measured just by sales.  More importantly, it is about building relationships.  My goal is not to be #1 in listings or sales; my goal is to be #1 in customer service and satisfaction.  I subscribe to a strict code of ethics and am committed to treat all parties to a transaction honestly.

I was licensed in 2006 and specialize in residential real estate in the White Rock South Surrey area.  My Father and Grandfather owned brokerages so I "grew up in the business" learning about real estate around the dining room table.  I am a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist and love working with buyers and sellers of all ages and stages in their lives.  I've been through the relocation process and understand the concerns, anxieties and difficulties of finding a home in an area you aren't familiar with.  My job is to simplify the process making it as stress free as possible for you.  I was honoured to be included in the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board's Medallion Club for 2023. The Medallion Club recognizes the top 10% realtors in the board based on transactions. 

My previous career was in marketing and negoatiating as Vice President of a multi-national advertising agency.  Managing the largest media buying operation in Canada, I honed my client servicing and negotiating skills before entering real estate.

I believe strongly in giving back to the community and enjoy meeting people through a variety of volunteer opportunity.  I volunteer with the Canadian Cancer Society, White Rock South Surrey Skating Club, BC/YT Section of Skate Canada, Peace Arch Hospital Foundation, managed my childrens' sports teams and was a proud Vancouver 2010 Olympic volunteer. One of the absolute highlights of my life was the honour and priviledge of volunteering at the 2017 Invictus Games in Toronto.

My family is everything to me and I love being Grandma to two adorable grandsons. Spending time with them brings me such tremendous joy.
