My business philosophy is simple.  Success is not always measured just by sales.  More importantly, it is about building relationships.  My goal is not to be #1 in listings or sales.  My goal is to be #1 in customer service and satisfaction.  I subscribe to a strict code of ethics and am committed to treat all parties to a transaction honestly.

In 2011, my listings sold at an average of 98.4% of the list price.

I was licensed in 2006 and specialize in residential real estate.  My Father and Grandfather owned brokerages so I "grew up in the business".  

My previous career was in marketing and negoatiating as Vice President of a multi-national ad agency.  I ran the largest media buying operation in Canada.

I believe strongly in giving back to the community.  I volunteer with the Canadian Cancer Society, White Rock South Surrey Skating Club, BC/YT Section of Skate Canada, managed my children's sports team and was a proud Vancouver 2010 Olympic volunteer.

I've been through the relocation process understanding the concerns, anxieties and difficulties of finding a home in an area you aren't familiar with.  My job is to simplify the process and make it as stress free as possible for you.
